We moved to San Luis Obispo with a cursory knowledge of the areas, and an idea of what we wanted in a house. Mark Wimberly took the time to show us several corners of the county, and directed us to resources to consider when choosing a certain area of SLO county.
Mark advised us on offer strategy in a strange market. Mark helped draft a strong contract; he helped us consider certain things that would be positive, neutral or negative to the seller. Of four offers, ours was accepted. His work did not end there.
Mark was with us at every turn - he helped with inspections, went with us to county hall to negate any zoning concerns (we met with the planner that worked on our house!), and recommended a contractor for some upgrades we were considering. Mark gave us the straight answer; it was always the truth.
If we could sum up our experience it is this: "Mark treated our money like it was his. He made sure we knew any potential risks. When we buy or sell, Mark will be the only one we call."
